From Dr. Oz (medical expert and contributor on Oprah's show) to you your own family doctor, more and more physicians are now promoting colon cleansing as a healthy way to ensure we age better. For a long time, colon cleansing was promoted by naturopathic doctors, but this is long gone, mainstream medicine has now embraced the realities and incredible health benefits of colon cleansing. You can even notice that many more magazine are now talking about the importance and need to colon cleanses and colon care. So why is colon cleansing so important? When your colon is not working effectively, toxins are forced to leave the body through other avenues (some of which are quite unpleasant): bad halitosis and body odour can be taken care of with colon cleansing.
